I would like to begin my words by inviting you to the Borsa İstanbul Science High School’s first Model United Nations conference. It is a great pleasure for me to announce that BIFMUN is going to take place at Anadolu University between 3-5 May.

Since it’s our first Model United Nations conference I promise that I will do my best to provide every participant an unforgettable experience. 

I’m overjoyed that this conference will enable you to discuss critical world issues based on the committees and agenda topics that my academic team has chosen. With an unwavering commitment from my diligent team and esteemed advisors, we assure you that BIFMUN will transcend all expectations.

In this context, BIFMUN will simulate seven committees.  Furthermore, there is also an opportunity to be a part of a thrilling crisis committee. Please do not have a single doubt that all of our committees have been chosen carefully for our delegates to have fruitful debates. 

I also want to mention that, the opinions of all delegates are important, do not hesitate to express your opinions to other delegates. Your opinions matter.

I sincerely hope that this conference will end up with beneficial solutions to some specific world issues. For humanity to succeed in the future, youth should be aware of critical situations even though they can’t do something physically. Model United Nations conferences are the best opportunity to have a broad perspective on world issues and state your opinions freely.

In conclusion, I would like to close my remarks by extending my heartfelt gratitude to my marvelous team. From the beginning, we were able to come through all of these responsibilities by supporting each other. 

I eagerly await your arrival at our upcoming conference and I’m looking forward to seeing you all at our MUN conference.
